Good setup, minor dashboard lag

I tried the Prebuilt Phone Bot for inbound calls. Setup was surprisingly fast, definitely within the 15 seconds advertised. The Multilingual Call Handling worked well for our Spanish-speaking clients, which was a big plus. However, I noticed the Real-Time KPI Dashboard had a slight delay sometimes when refreshing data, maybe a few seconds behind live calls. It didn't impact our operations much, but it's something I hope they can tighten up.
